Account & Profile

Your trade account holds order history, invoices, saved suppliers and repeat-order lists. Update company details, delivery addresses and team members any time from your profile, or ask support to merge duplicate accounts.

Order Information

Every order confirms by email with a reference number, itemised lines and estimated dispatch date. Track consignments from your account dashboard — statuses move from confirmed to packed, shipped and delivered with carrier tracking attached at dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

In-stock products dispatch within 2–4 business days. Air freight typically lands in 7–12 days; sea freight runs 25–35 days port to door. Freight is quoted by weight, volume and destination before payment, and consolidated shipping combines multi-supplier orders into one consignment.

Returns & Replacements

• Report damage, shortages or wrong items within 14 days of delivery with photos of the goods and packaging.
• Verified issues are resolved with free replacements, partial refunds or prepaid return labels — your choice.
• Change-of-mind returns are accepted on unopened cartons within 14 days; return freight is covered by the buyer.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank-transfer refunds need account confirmation by email before release. Sample fees are credited against your first bulk order rather than refunded.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what running a wholesale marketplace requires: contact details, order history and delivery addresses. We never sell personal data, share it only with the carriers and payment providers fulfilling your order, and delete marketing data on request at support@bulkhaven.com.

Terms & Conditions

Prices are confirmed at order and held for 30 days on quotes. Title transfers on full payment; risk transfers on delivery. Bulk and OEM orders follow the production schedule agreed in writing before manufacture begins.
